Hi, I'm Alison Darrington.
Watching people grow and reach their goals is one of the most exciting and satisfying moments and that is why I love to train and coach.
One of the greatest skills humans have is their ability to boost and encourage others, no matter how little we know about them and their situation. I was given an opportunity when I was only 18, to fulfil my potential – my mentors, and there were several, gave me the courage and helped me see what I could achieve if I chose to. And I chose to achieve, even when I doubted I could, even when I was apprehensive about the journey.
Since becoming a successful Manager, working both in the UK and in Spain, I chose to use my strengths and learning to encourage and enable others to find their own success and confidence. For the last 2 decades (that makes me feel old!), I have been working with a range of businesses, training and coaching 1:2:1 and groups, helping them to fulfil their potential and show their best selves.
